Warranty and Returns Information

1. Legal Warranty of Conformity
In accordance with Articles 129 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code and as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all products purchased through www.ginfumo.it from RISTORENT S.r.l. are covered by a legal warranty of conformity for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the above period, even if the defect was not immediately detectable at the time of delivery.
2. How to Exercise the Legal Warranty
To exercise your warranty rights, you must notify RISTORENT S.r.l. of the defect within 2 (two) months from the date on which you discovered it.
Notification must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to:

The notice must expressly state your intention to exercise the legal warranty and include the following information:

Order number (as shown in the order confirmation e-mail);

Date the order was placed;

Date the product(s) were delivered;

Date the defect was discovered;
-
Description of the reported defect;
-
Remedy requested (repair or replacement);
-
Your full address and e-mail address.
3. Return of Defective Products
To validly exercise the warranty, you must return the defective product(s) without undue delay and in any case within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you notified the defect.
The return must include:

a copy of the purchase receipt;
-
shipping and delivery documentation.
Failure to return the product(s) within this time limit will result in the loss of the right to the legal warranty.
The return shipment must be made using a carrier of your choice, at your own expense and under your responsibility, to the following address:

4. Effects of the Exercise of the Warranty
If RISTORENT S.r.l. confirms the existence of the reported lack of conformity, it will proceed, at your choice and where objectively possible and not excessively burdensome, with the repair or replacement of the product(s) within a reasonable period of time.
In such case, all reasonable shipping costs incurred for returning the defective product(s) will be reimbursed, provided that such costs are duly documented.
Any refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Delays caused by banks or payment service providers shall not be attributable to RISTORENT S.r.l.
Right of Withdrawal

5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded through www.ginfumo.it, without penalty and without providing reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from:

the date on which you (or a third party designated by you) received the product(s); or
-
the date on which you received the last product, in the case of multiple products delivered separately under a single order.
6. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify RISTORENT S.r.l. of your decision before the expiry of the 14-day period, by choosing one of the following methods:
a) Registered letter

clearly stating your intention to withdraw from the contract and specifying:

Product(s) purchased;

Order number;

Date the order was placed;

b) Standard withdrawal form
By completing the standard withdrawal form available on the Website.
7. Return of Products Following Withdrawal
After exercising the right of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you notified your decision.
The return must be made using a carrier of your choice, at your own expense and under your responsibility, to the following address:

8. Condition of Returned Products
Returned product(s) must be:

intact and unused;
-
unopened;
-
with original labels (if any) intact;
-
in the same condition as received;
-
returned with original packaging and all accompanying documentation.
You shall be liable for any diminution in value of the product(s) resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
9. Effects of Withdrawal
If withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the above conditions, RISTORENT S.r.l. will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and no additional costs will be charged to you.
